Hello!  Welcome to my wedding web store.  I am a one-person operation which means I do design, shipping, and everything in-between!  I have had a love for crystals as long as I can remember so it is so appropriate that I now am in the business.  I can't wait every day to get up and tend to business.  When you love what you do...........it's not a job.
 
How I Got In the Biz
I was an IT Web Consultant in my 20+ year business career, however that industry tanked in 2005 due to the economy -- and at the same time my son was engaged to be married.  I didn't have consulting work so I took on the challenge of decorating his wedding --- and we had so much fun ---- that it ended my IT consulting career!

I first began the business as an onsite custom decorator, participating in several of the Twin Cities Bridal Shows where I won top price for best designs.  However after I fell off a ladder I decided to shift my business focus to online retail.  I spend as much time as I can working on new and innovative crystal designs to offer as product options to newly engaged brides-to-be.  I am also a professional pianist and watercolor artist.

The business has grown so much that my husband, along with my two professional sons, are all positioning themselves to take on the business side for me.  I can hardly wait when the transition is complete ------ it will free me up to do more design work!
 
I Totally Get It  Been There Done That
Having been involved with all the deadlines, costs, and challenges of planning and putting on a wedding...........I TOTALLY get the stresses and pressures.   It is my business mission to make it easier for my customers to enjoy the planning, and to offer solutions to the same decorating challenges (or lack of products) I encountered when I was trying to create "the wedding of their dreams"!
 
About My Products
I sell both ready-made products and custom-designed decorations.  I am very particular (fussy) about the quality and have rejected many products and materials that do not meet my expectations.  My hand-crafted products are meticulously made to perfection and I will sell only ready-made products of superior quality.  I always inspect each item before I add it to my inventory.  If there are crystal products that exist in this world ----- I will find them.  If they don't exist ---- I will make them!
 
How To Contact Me
I receive hundreds of emails a week so I thank you in advance for your patience.  I try diligently to answer all emails as promptly as I can.  If you don't hear back from me within a couple days --- send me a second one!

The BEST and QUICKEST way to reach me is by email.  Phone messages are not reliable as it often takes me days before I get to VM messages.  Or the battery in my cell phone needs to be charged!

8 AM - 5 PM CST Monday - Friday.  All emails sent after office hours or the weekend will be processed Monday morning.
