Shipping Information For International Buyers

 
General Shipping Information
Please read all general shipping information for both domestic and international buyers before you place an order.  Below is information specific to international shipments.
 
International Priority Shipping Method & Insurance
All items are most often shipped UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.  Insurance is included in the shipping costs for all international shipments.  International PRIORITY shipments typically take 6-10 days.

If an item is damaged, (because the postal service may want to inspect the damage) it is the responsibility of the buyer/receiver to initiate a damage claim. DMW will provide all the necessary shipping information.
If the item is lost, it is the responsibility of the international buyer to contact their local post office to inquire/track missing or lost shipments.  I do not have contact information or knowledge of the postal service for each individual country.  DWM will provide all tracking information to aid in the effort to locate lost/missing parcels.
 
If the item is lost, DWM will initiate the claim. Refunds for lost items will be processed and issued to the buyer only after the claim reimbursement has been received.  It is possible for insurance claims to take from 2-4 months to be completed.  If the insurance claim is denied, the cost of the loss (excluding shipping costs) will be split between the buyer and DMW.
Unclaimed Shipments or No Forwarding Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address.   There are no refunds for unclaimed shipments or no forwarding address.  If the shipment is returned to DWM, it can be re-shipped to you at a valid shipping address if you are willing to pay for shipping costs a second time.
 
INTERNATIONAL Shipping Rates - also includes US Territories & Outlying Areas  (flat rate based on total dollar amount of order).  Additional charges may apply to very large orders.
All items EXCEPT BRANCHES & CRYSTAL TREE KITS can be shipped internationally.

Note: International buyers are responsible for all customs/duty fees, if applicable.  Customs/duty fees are not included in the shipping costs. 
 
Large Quantity Orders
Additional shipping costs will apply to large quantity orders.  Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of shipment, and a separate invoice will be emailed to you prior to shipment.
International Orders - Customs/Duty Fees
As noted above, international buyers are responsible for all customs/duty fees, if applicable.  Such fees are not included in the item price, or the shipping costs.  I am not an expert or knowledgeable on customs/duty fees in any country and cannot provide you with guidance on this subject.  I recommend you research this BEFORE you place your order so there are no surprises.
International Orders - Multiple Shipments
It is possible that your order will be shipped in multiple shipments.  Each country has a different limitation on the value that can be insured.  In order to purchase full value insurance on your order, it may be necessary to break up the items and ship them in separate boxes.  This may, or may not, affect the customs/duty fees discussed above.  Again, I urge you to research the customs requirements for your country before you place your order.
Rush Orders/Overnight Shipments

International Orders - Returns

Tracking Information
When your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email notification from www.usps.com  that contains a tracking number.  SAVE the email so you can refer to it if you wish to track your order shipment.
