Within 7 Days of Receipt

Yes, items can be returned (unless otherwise specified in the product description) within 7 days of delivery. A refund will be issued if items are returned in the original  containers and in re-usable condition.  In the event of a return, shipping costs are not refundable.  All items must be returned in the original box/container.  Shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the buyer.
More About Returns - Sorry, No Exceptions
 I no longer make exceptions to the return policy stated above.  There are always some people who choose to cheat --- and that has spolied it for everyone.  In the past I had made exceptions to the 7-day policy, and many times I have received items that have clearly been used, or are damaged.  So as the saying goes.....one bad apple spoils the pot.
 
Non-Returnable Items
Read product descriptions carefully.  If an item is not returnable, it will be stated in the product description. Tree branches (and any product that contains tree branches), and handcrafted items such as crystal wedding trees, crystal wedding cakes, etc. are not returnable.  Rush orders ARE NOT returnable.  Clearance items ARE NOT returnable.
 
Unclaimed Shipments or No Forwarding Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address.   There are no refunds for unclaimed shipments or no forwarding address.  If the shipment is returned to DWM, it can be re-shipped to you at a valid shipping address if you are willing to pay for shipping costs a second time.
 
Re-stocking Fee
A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.
 
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not refundable.
 
International Orders
International orders are not returnable.
 
Items Returned Damaged or in Poor Condition
If returned items are received damaged, or not in the original containers, a refund will not be returned.  It is recommended that you purchase insurance to cover any damage that might occur in transit.  See more details below.

If returned items are received are not in re-usable/re-sellable condition, or appear as if they have been used, a refund will not be processed, and the items will not be returned to the sender.
 
Insurance
It is recommended that insurance be purchased when making a return ----  so if an item is lost or damaged, you will be able to obtain financial re-imbursement via insurance. 
 
Loss or Damage
In the event of loss or damage when an item is returned, it is the responsibility of the buyer to process any insurance claims.  Refunds are not issued by DMW if item is lost or returned in damaged condition.
