Order Processing & Shipment Schedule  
Orders received before each Monday at 12:00 midnight will be processed and shipped every Tuesday.  You will be notified if item is on back order. See more details below.
 
 
Shipping Info - About The Schedule  
OK, here is the deal.  I am a one-person operation which means I do design, shipping, and everything in-between!  Due to the overwhelming response for my products and crystal designs, I have had to work out a schedule that allows me time to do all the functions required to run this business.

Therefore I have ear-marked TUESDAYS as my shipping day.  So that means, if you order on a Sunday or Monday, your order will ship on Tuesday and you will receive your items in 2-3 days.  If you order AFTER TUESDAY of each week, it may take up to 7 days before your order arrives.  PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Order Status - Backorders  
If the item you purchased has sold out just prior to your purchase, or if the item is on back order, you will receive an email notifying you of the status.  You will have the opportunity at that time to cancel your order, or part of your order.  
   
What 2-3 DAY PRIORITY Means  
Under MOST circumstances, orders are shipped PRIORITY.  However, because I only ship on Tuesdays, that means the 2-3 day delivery schedule starts at the time the shipping label is created.  You will receive an email notifying you when a shipping label has been created - and that is when the 2-3 day schedule begins.  
   
Large Quantity Orders  
Additional shipping costs will apply to large quantity orders.  Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of shipment, and a separate invoice will be emailed to you prior to shipment.  
Tracking Information  
When your order is processed and a shipping label is created, you will receive an email notification from PAYPAL that contains a tracking number.  SAVE the email so you can refer to it if you wish to track your order shipment.  
   
Clearance Items  
Clearance items are shipped PARCEL POST, unless other merchandise is purchased at the same time.  
   
Temporary NO SHIP Days  
Occasionally I will be out-of-state creating a custom designed wedding for a bride  -- OR I might even be on vacation!   When such an event occurs, a shipping notice will be posted on the home page informing you of the next shipment date.  You can place your order at any time, and all orders will be processed and shipped ASAP after I return.  Rush orders may not be possible under such circumstances.     
   
Shipping Schedule for Hand-Crafted Items  
Please allow a minimum two weeks for shipment of all hand-crafted items such as crystal trees, crystal wedding cakes, etc.
 
   
Shipping Method & Insurance  
All items are most often shipped UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.  Some larger items can only be shipped via UPS.  Insurance is included in the shipping costs on some items.

If an item is damaged, (because the postal service may want to inspect the damage) it is the responsibility of the buyer/receiver to initiate a damage claim. DMW will provide all the necessary shipping information.

If the item is lost, DWM will initiate the claim. Refunds for lost items will be processed and issued to the buyer only after the claim reimbursement has been received.  It is possible for insurance claims to take from 2-4 months to be completed.  If the insurance claim is denied, the cost of the loss (excluding shipping costs) will be split between the buyer and DMW.		  
 
   
US/DOMESTIC Shipping Rates (US States Only)  (flat rate based on total dollar amount of order).  Additional charges may apply to very large orders.

Rush Orders/Overnight Shipments  
Contact me if you require a RUSH ORDER and/or an overnight shipment. A standard $25 rush fee + additional shipping charges for overnight shipments will apply. Rush orders ARE NOT returnable.  
   
Invoice/Packing Slips  
In an effort to save a tree, invoices and packing slips are not printed and included in the shipment.  An email will be sent to notify you if items are on backorder, or need to be shipped separately, in which case the shipment will be itemized.  You can obtain an order summary at your PAYPAL account.  
 
Unclaimed Shipments or No Forwarding Address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address.   There are no refunds for unclaimed shipments or no forwarding address.  If the shipment is returned to DWM, it can be re-shipped to you at a valid shipping address if you are willing to pay for shipping costs a second time.
