OK,
here is the deal. I am a one-person operation which means I do
design, shipping, and EVERYTHING in between! Due to the overwhelming
response for my products and tree designs, I have had to work out a
schedule that allows me time to do ALL the functions required to run
this business.
Therefore I have ear-marked
TUESDAYS as my shipping
day.
So that means, if you order on a Sunday or Monday, your order will
ship on Tuesday and you will receive your items in 2-3 days.
If you order AFTER TUESDAY of each week, it may take up to 7 days
before your order arrives. PLAN ACCORDINGLY. See rush order
information below. |

If the item you purchased has sold out just prior to your purchase,
or if the item is on back order, you will receive an email with
shipping options. |

| What 2-3
DAY PRIORITY Means |
|
|
Under MOST circumstances, orders are shipped PRIORITY.
However, because I only ship on Tuesdays, that means the 2-3 day
delivery schedule starts at the time the shipping label is created.
You will receive an email notifying you when a shipping label has
been created - and that is when the 2-3 day schedule begins. |

| Temporary NO SHIP Days |
|
| Occasionally I will be
out-of-state creating a custom designed wedding for a bride --
OR I might even be on vacation! When such an event occurs, a
shipping notice will be posted on the home page
informing you of the next shipment date. You can place your
order at any time, and all orders will be processed and shipped ASAP
after I return. Rush orders may not be possible under such
circumstances.

Please allow a minimum two weeks
for shipment of all hand-crafted items such as crystal trees,
crystal bouquets, and cake crowns. |

All items are most often shipped
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
Some larger
items can only be shipped via UPS. Insurance is included in
the shipping costs on some items.
As stated above, all orders are shipped every
TUESDAY.

Rush Orders/Overnight Shipments |

Contact me if you require a RUSH ORDER and/or
an overnight shipment. A standard
$25 rush fee + additional shipping charges
for overnight shipments will apply. Sorry, international rush orders are
not available. |

Invoice/Packing Slips |
|
|
In an effort to run a "green" operation,
invoices and packing slips are not printed and included in the
shipment. An email will be sent to notify you if items are on
backorder, or need to be shipped separately, in which case the
shipment will be itemized. You can obtain an order summary at
your PAYPAL account. |

| Returns |
|
Yes, I will accept returns (unless
otherwise specified below) within 7 days of
receipt, and a refund will be issued if items are returned in
re-usable condition. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to
all
returns.
It is recommended
that insurance be purchased when making a return ---- so if
an item is lost or damaged, you will be able to obtain financial
re-imbursement via insurance. In the event of loss or
damage, it is the responsibility of the buyer to process any
insurance claims. Refunds are not issued by DMW if item is lost or returned in damaged condition.
In the event of a
return, shipping costs are not refundable.
International orders are not returnable. |

Tree branches
(and any product that contains tree branches),
and handcrafted items such as crystal wedding trees, crystal
bouquets, and cake crowns are non-returnable. |
