Yes, we want our customers happy so stock items can be returned (unless otherwise specified in the product description) within 7 days of delivery. See a category list of non-returnable and non-refundable items below.
All returned items must be in their original box/packaging, and in a condition that is conducive to resale in order to receive a full refund. See more information on non-returnable items below.

Upon receipt of payment, your handcrafted item will be put into our production schedule. Materials will be ordered specifically for your order, and work will begin. Handcrafted orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after 48 hours from date/time on order.
UNCLAIMED - NO FORWARDING ADDRESS - UNABLE TO DELIVER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct shipping address. There are no refunds for unclaimed shipments, or no-forwarding address. If the shipment is returned to DWM, it can be re-shipped to you at a valid shipping address if you are willing to pay for shipping costs a second time.
DAMAGED OR USED RETURNS
If returned items are received damaged, used, or not in the original containers, a refund will not be returned. It is recommended that you purchase insurance to cover any damage that might occur in transit.
It is recommended that insurance be purchased when making a return ---- so if an item is lost or damaged, you will be able to obtain financial re-imbursement via insurance.
